If you are a good match pl send your resume to Ritu with rate expectations Location Mississauga ON Duration 6 months renewable contract Job Requirements The BI Developer will be accountable for developing and executing on business intelligence reporting. This position is responsible for the development of reporting and analytical capabilities to ensure the operational effectiveness of all business units under Business Credit Collection Services (BCCS). This position must work proactively and effectively with business units and business analysts to provide support and expertise in data management infrastructure support and reporting. The ideal candidate will have (5 years) experience in SQL Server 2008 and background in Business Intelligence Data Warehousing. Strong interest in working with data. Ability to understand build and explain logical entity relationship diagram. Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling. Advanced hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS with a strong interest in working with data. Ability to understand build and explain logical entity relationship diagram. Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling. Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS and knowledge of SQL Server (2008 and later) and exceptional SQL skills. Must haves (5 YRS for each) BI Data Warehouse Developer Data marts ETL data warehouses and reporting experience Data Warehouse Data Warehouse & Data Marts design development & support including ETL Data warehouse concept multidimensional analysis reporting tools DB knowledge data warehouse and data mart Experience as SQL Server Database Developer Experience in Database SQL skills - preferably SQL Server Experience in ETL technology with data warehouse specific skill set SSIS Experience with data warehouse design using star schema or snowflake schema Knowledge of Data Warehouse design MS SQL Server stored procedures MS SQL Server 2008 SQL Server Development experience SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) SQL Server SSIS SSRS - SQL Server Reporting Services MS SQL Server 2005 MS SQL Server 2008 2005 Analysis Services MS SQL Server client tools Strong hands-on experience with Data warehouse Data mart Strong understanding of data-mart & data warehouse concepts University degree in computer science working experience in one or more major ETL technology with Data warehouse specific skill set Nice to haves (5 YRS for each) Financial Banking Experience in SharePoint 2010 preferred. SSAS and MDX an asset Mainframe Host knowledge an asset. Advanced Expert level of experience in Excel VBA programming an asset.
