Must have at least one (1) years of consistent line cook experience in a fast paced professional environment Ability to consistently read and follow a recipe unsupervised Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products prepared Handle store label and rotate all products properly in accordance with proper kitchen and health code regulations Follows and completes a daily prep list Maintain sufficient levels of product at all times Must be able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
