I.T.S.C. is expanding and we are looking for the right experienced Sales Professional to manage and run a new startup division in our company. We are the Local DIRECTV Retailer and have been in business in the Lowcountry for over 17 years. The responsibilities will be building a sales division from ground up consisting of 8 representatives in a small call center for outbound sales calls hiring a professional Business to Business team leader and a Door to Door team leader who will also build sales teams. The job will continually require recruiting and training implementation as well as overseeing each division. Requirements Minimum one year experience in Outside and or Outbound Sales Sales Management Experience Proven Closing Skills Ability to meet and exceed Sales quotas Discipline and Dedication Recruiting Experience Motivational Skills This position offers a small annual salary PLUS steep weekly commissions and sales bonuses as well as monthly cell phone and car allowances and quarterly incentives.
