Customer Service Rep 2 is a phone representative position in a small call center with responsibilities for taking incoming inquiries from customers branches agencies and attorneys. Job requires an understanding of legal documents and the laws that govern writs and levies in various states contacting appropriate resources as needed. Performs a variety of operation tasks for a moderately complex to complex process and functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems. Duties may include receiving and reviewing incoming work contacting appropriate resources entering transactions into PC verifying accuracy resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources and records preparing editing distribution and or correcting specialized and or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures. Exercises some judgment within guidelines. Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions providing training as needed. Basic Qualifications 1 years customer service experience and 1 years computer experience. Minimum Qualifications Customer service focused. Proven experience with listening and eliciting information effectively. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet intranet. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English Spanish previous retail banking experience.
