We do this in two ways through Fire and Ice Ensuring our clients are Fully Informed and have Reasonable Expectations It is very easy for other tax debt relief firms to make big claims but it is difficult for them to live up to them. TDN does not make exaggerated claims because it can hurt our clients by wasting their time and money. The function of the Debt Consultant is to consultant with taxpayers who owe the IRS tax or State tax. Employees must be able to professionally consult with highly-stressed taxpayers who may be undergoing any of the following actions by the IRS or State taxing authority Garnishment of wages levying of bank accounts including retirement accounts and seizure of assets. Are you an A player As a sales professional you will enjoy no cold calling no marketing and no prospecting. We pre-qualify all of our sales leads with a rigorous litmus test to ensure our sales team is doing what good sales people do best CLOSE DEALS and help our clients. NO TAX EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Requirements Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday- Friday with an occasional Saturday Rotating schedule Typical hours are usually 8am- 5pm three days a week and 10 30am- 7 30pm 2 days a week Mondays during tax season your schedule may include an Iron Man Shift 8am-8pm Must feel comfortable working in call center type environment. You will sit at a cubicle-type desk for extended periods of time and perform in-depth consultations telephonically using a headset.You will perform continuous telephone consultations back-to-back throughout the day as taxpayers call-in or are contacted through outbound calls. Must able to effectively work in high-stress noisy demanding call center environment Must be able to meet production quotas Expected to multi-task and quickly learn new products and services with minimal training Employee must be able to properly document the consultation by quickly and accurately typing detailed notes regarding the nature of the consultations and the proposed solutions presented by the Debt consultant. Must be able to schedule and perform follow up phone calls.
