Solutions we Troubleshoot Install Upgrade and Configure Software and Hardware including Wireless and Wired Networks and Printers we also do Virus Removal Data Backups and System Restorations for Windows and Mac Unlock tablets and Password Recovery we also do Email Twitter and Facebook Setups in addition to that have classes that will teach you anything from the basic stuff like navigating windows and mac OS X to setting up recording software for home studios we will pride ourselves on Empathy Patience and charging less than others for example Geek Squad charges 130 for windows installations if you don t have their 200 Service Plan we will charge you half of that which is only 65 also if you have more than one machine I will charge 50 for any additional machines and to be honest this is not a smear campaign for I am a former geek squad Advance Repair Agent and I have seen them charge outrageous prices especially if you don t have their 200 Service Plans you have a choice of accidental damage for hardware or Tech support which only covers software if you don t have tech support they will charge you 130 per laptop for a Windows Install then 50 per Laptop for any other software so if you wanted AVG and MS Office that would be a 100 per laptop so my mission is to help people (especially those on a fixed income )get their systems back on track performance wise without all the extra cost I also will assist with obtaining recovery media if needed and that is also something the other companies will not do.
