Choice1Temps is looking for an Administrative Assistant Executive Assistant M-F 8am - 5pmThis position will support HR with the recruiting and on-boarding of new employees while also providing executive assistance through a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. The person in this role will also serve as front desk receptionist answering phones and greeting visitors.The ideal candidate will be results-driven able to handle multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in both verbal and written communication the candidate will also possess strong administrative and time management skills. The candidate will be able to work independently exercise good judgment and always employ discretion with the handling of confidential information.
