Position type part-time Position title Cleaning Technician II Hours Evenings mostly Monday through Friday and some weekends. 13 hours per week. May increase at the discretion of the employee. Requirements - must be able to read and follow directions - must be able to work independently as well as part of a team - are detail oriented - can communicate well with clients co-workers supervisors and managers - be able to work unsupervised as well as take direct orders from a supervisor client or manager - don t mind physical labor - have the ability to lift 30 pounds - can bend stoop climb stairs and ladders - pass a drug screening before hiring as well as adhere to a random drug test if selected - pass a background check before hiring - have reliable transportation to and from assignments - be able to attend periodic staff meetings - are punctual reliable trustworthy and customer service oriented - are able to handle money on occasion - possess a cheerful attitude and are able to learn All interested parties please visit our website at www.mycleaninggenies.com and select the Join Our Team icon then select the Application icon. Rate of pay 9 per hour for an initial 90-day training period. Increases to 9.50 per hour after successful completion of the training period. Increases are based on performance and promotions. If traveling over 20 miles round trip a mileage stipend will be added (including during the 90 day training period).
