Lean marketer for film startup

We are a new film and media production company in the startup phase. We are seeking a specialist in lean methodologies to help gather and analyze the market data needed to build company strategy. This is largely a data-centric and analytical job but with a people-oriented component as well. Tasks include prospecting list-building lead generation small-batch split testing CRM management cohort analysis etc. Experience with these techniques is obviously a plus but we are also interested in commited students of the lean approach who would like to move from theory to practice. As long as you can get things done you can pretty much design the job around your own work style and convenience.
