Our client a leading international manufacturer is looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team in their state of the art facility in the Greater Boston area. The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing all plant production to ensure that products are moved through our manufacturing system in a cost effective manner that meets requirements for safety quality and time. The right candidate will have successfully managed all aspects of production in the manufacturing of metal products for heavy industrial use. Requirements BS in Engineering preferred. 5-10 years experience leading a union shop. Proven leadership abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
