Position type part-time Position title Cleaning Technician I About Us We are a Christian based cleaning company who take pride in our work. We believe we make a difference in our community by helping those who cannot perform everyday cleaning tasks or who do not have time to do so. Hours Day time position with infrequent weekends. 6 to 20 hours. The more flexible your schedule the more hours available. During training the hours are minimal but increase as the technician is able to work on their own. Requirements - Must be able to follow directions - Are detail oriented - Can communicate well with clients co-workers supervisors and managers - Ability to follow written and verbal directions - Possess a cheerful attitude and are able to learn - Be able to work unsupervised as well as take direct orders from a supervisor client or manager - Be able to work as part of a team as well as alone. - Have the ability to work in an expedient yet thorough manner. - Have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds - Can bend stoop climb stairs and ladders - Pass a drug screening before hiring as well as adhere to a random drug test if selected - Pass a background check before hiring - Must possess a valid driver s license - Must have reliable transportation to and from clients residences and the Cleaning Genies office when required. - Are punctual reliable trustworthy and customer service oriented - Are able to handle money on occasion - Ability to perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or client - Ability to follow a detailed task list - Ability to operate security alarms and systems If you believe you are a candidate for this position please visit our website at www.mycleaninggenies.com.
