Build or coordinate and oversee building of needed rate codes in PMS CRS and Opera that or may not have to be connected to partners. Test and troubleshoot new builds. Communicate with sales and operations teams status of partners connectivity. Point of contact for breakdowns in connectivity. Investigate and correct. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications High diploma or equivalent additional experience. Two plus years Hotel PMS experience.
