WE LL PROVIDE NECESSARY TRAINING FOR YOU TO SUCCEED IN THIS JOB. Job Description -Work independently in an environment with a continuous flow of customers. -Receive pack and process shipments based on established procedures -Sort and distribute mail to in-center Mailbox customers accurately -Operate cash register and handle cash accurately and efficiently -Operate office devices effectively -Keep center safe clean and neat -Maintain calm and friendly demeanor -Other duties as assigned -Work will be scheduled six days a week. Our business hours are MF 8 30 AM to 630 PM Saturdays 9 00 AM to 5 00 PM. Essential Experience and skills (must-haves) -high school diploma GED -Prior retail sales experience -basic math skills -effective with handling cash -basic computer skills (including MS Office suite) -ability to lift up to 50 lbs. -ability to stand throughout the shift -reliable attendance (our work week is six days long and includes Saturdays) -have reliable transportation -ability to pass appropriate background checks. Additional experience and skills (nice-to-haves) -Spanish 2nd language -Prior experience with The UPS Store Postal Annex etc. -Oregon Notary Commission -Hands-on experience with MS Publisher Adobe Suite or other graphic design software.
