One of our well established banking client is looking for Service Administrator (major ban and commercial operations) Location Edmonton AB No. of Positions 1 Duration 12 months with strong possibility of extension. Mon-Fri 7AM-6PM (rotating shifts) Part Time Guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours per week up to a maximum of 37.5 based on work volume business needs. Must be available to work various shifts within the timeframe of Monday to Friday 7 00AM-6 00PM. Flexibility to move to other departments at the same level within this unit is required. Please note the busiest time of year is in June approval of vacation time off time off from June 15th to June 26th will be a block period. Job Description Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of data entry clerical investigations and balancing functions. Candidate will be required to complete an online account disclosure document for trading accounts excluding accounts restricted to holding only mutual funds for yourself as well all spousal accounts in which you have power of attorney trading authority or where your spouse discusses trading activity in which you are relied upon for advice need to be disclosed. Employees covered by this policy must request prior approval from Firewalls Compliance to trade in securities (equities and corporate bonds). This process is designed to protect employees (who are unaware that inside information is being used within their business unit) when they are trading for their own accounts. Perform other duties as required and Telephone contact may be required as well. Provides a broad range of operational support and or performs general to specialized transactions or other processing activities. Works in an administrative capacity completing a combination of Right Fax processing data entry teller entry postings investigations and balancing functions. Able to demonstrate flexibility by adapting to change within business area and unit. Actively participate in any cross-skilling training opportunities within the business unit.
