Ticket Sales Coordinator

Provide leadership that instills a sales and customer service culture throughout the department that sells group tickets for all ticketed sports and leadership of Ticket Sales and Marketing Representatives. The primary duty is a sales manager who provides leadership and instills a sales and customer service culture throughout the department. Also the individual is expected to meet and exceed agreed upon sales goals for group ticket sales as well as student ticket sales. Act as a primary trainer manager and motivator of the sales and retention staff. Integrate with current sales aspects and ticket operations procedures to provide a top level experience for all fans. Create promotions packages and events that will sell group ticket buyers and student season tickets. Work with current university students to develop talent and place them in full-time jobs throughout the sports industry. Uphold NCAA Big 12 and University rules and regulations. Normal work hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday however may require working outside these hours as needed to accomplish tasks athletic events and special events. Minimum qualifications Bachelor s in Marketing Business or a related field and one year of related experience in ticketing and or sales environment.
