We are looking for a roommate for our house. Your room would be upstairs where you will have complete privacy. You may bring animals only if they are potty trained and well behaved. We have a fenced in yard in the back. The house would be shared with my husband and I our dog and 2 cats. The bathroom would be shared as well. Laundry can be done here at no extra cost. There is parking available for one vehicle and a garage available if work needs to be done. We are very quiet and keep to ourselves. We can supply a bed (not the greatest) TV and TV stand. Internet is also included along with all other utilities. You can have full reign of the kitchen and dining room along with a shared living room. The living room can be shared with my husband and I. We have a 65 inch tv and our house is fully furnished. Food (my cooking shopping) and laundry materials can be included at an additional charge. There is no security deposit required unless you bring pets if you bring pets a small fee will be charged and can be split up into payments added on to your monthly rent. We are very clean and ask that whomever rents from us will be as well. He is military and I work part-time along with attending school. We would prefer military but are open to anything as long as you have proof of income. If you have transportation issues we may be able to help you.
