Position summary Prepare rental units for cleaning. Deliver supplies linens and other items to the housekeepers as directed. Position Responsibilities Strip units of all trash and dispose of in proper location. Strip unoccupied units of soiled linen and deliver to laundry room for sorting and washing. May be requested to make up beds with clean linens. Perform delivery tasks requested by supervisor including but not limited to guest requests soiled and clean linen items and supplies to storage areas. Clean carpets windows and high dusting. Clean and maintain hard floors. Utilize proper tools equipment and chemicals. Operate pallet jack equipment safely. Receive annual training from designated department trainers. Perform other duties as assigned. Position requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Good communication skills. No initial experience required. Training program for one week with proficiency reached in approximately one to one and a half months. Driver s license may be required.
