6 months experience required in the last year or 12 months in the last 5 years. New drivers start (at).40CPM regardless of experience and will earn a .005 CPM increase every year after they are hired up to .45 CPM . All Hub miles paid equal loaded empty 45 for live load by customer. 26 for drop & hook at CUSTOMER regardless of pickup or delivery. They will get 15 for any empty move or crosstown drop. 15 per hour of rail delay (after 1 hour wait). 15 for detention pay (after 1.5 hour wait). 15 for training as needed. Drivers have the POTENTIAL to earn 60k W2. Time Off Shift Local Intermodal - Racine WI - Operates in Illinios & Wisconsin Driver will report to the Racine location daily for dispatch and truck assignment. Primarily taking containers to customers in the local market and picking up containers from customers and bringing them back to the Chicago rail yard every day.. Drivers will work a 10-12 hour shift But could work up to 14 hours if they are needed. 6th day available on request with hours available There are shift times spread through the morning afternoon and nights starting on the hour. Monday - Friday (start times are 1am - 4am 1pm - midnight) Off Sat Sun Tuesday - Saturday (start time 11am) Off Sun Mon Sunday - Thursday (start time 11am) Off Fri Sat Shifts ARE NOT Guaranteed BUT we will work with the drivers on start times as long as they are within the start times listed above. Drivers are paid all hub mileage.
