Production homebuilding project manager
Manage construction of 40 homes annually in multiple subdivisions. Monthly salary plus bonus structure for completed on budget and on time. Total compensation 90-120K. Must be experienced in managing production homebuilding including skilled in material take offs subcontractor selection working with realtors designers engineers and customers. Must understand structure and blueprint reading and be able to manage an assistant and labor staff in addition to subcontractors and material suppliers.
