Full time summer job - painting

My name is Jakob Gingrich and this summer I will be running a painting company through College Works Painting. I am looking for full time summer workers (40 hours a week) pay is 8-10 an hour for crew members and 9-12 for crew chiefs. There is also an end of summer bonus which is 1 for every hour worked over the summer. Prior painting experience is encouraged but by no means is it required. Everyone that I hire will go through paint training with Sherwin-Williams before summer production. I am looking for dedicated and honest individuals who are willing to work hard and have fun. My goal is to create a fun and competitive work atmosphere. I will be doing sit down interviews in the next few weeks.
