Hi my name is Helen Stepp and I am a certified medical assistant CPR certified and have 2 3 years experience. I have great referenceces and I come out to the house I do house keeping medication reminders bathing dressing activities meal preperations feeding and whatever helps make the families lives easier. I am 33 years of age I lost my husband 5 years ago so i know what it feels like to slowly start to loose a family member and that is my motivation for doing this. So let me help you out a little and relax and let things take their course I can be a great companion. I also bring a journal to make notes of everything that happens through the day so we are all on the same page.
