Clean windows sweep vacuum and or mop all floors dust furniture and all wall coverings clean sanitize kitchen & bathroom clean inside and outside cabinets & appliances load unload dishwasher and or wash dishes replace wash fold iron bed linens towels and clothes. Be able to pick up at to 30 pounds moving of furniture is required . Must be legal to work in the USA and have the necessary proof of documents Must speak English any other language is a plus. Good communication is very important in our business. Must have reliable transportation. Background checks are done as condition of employment . If you don t like to get your fingernails dirty do not apply for this job. Only the serious and willing to work.
