D& D has an immediate opening for a strong leader in their Sales Management department for a Project Manager Estimator reporting directly to the company president. The ideal candidate will have - Extensive knowledge of roof details & installations experience in field management -- PM Estimator Sales or similar position in the roofing industry required. - Must be experienced in all types of commercial & residential roofing or general construction. - Must be proficient w MS Office. - The ideal individual will have experience managing multiple projects & estimating. - Technology experience a plus. - Must have a clean driving record. - All types of roofing (I.e. built-up EPDM shingles single ply sheet metal). - Minor HVAC experience. - Ability to read blueprints. - Conduct visits to active jobsites to ensure progress with established production goals and obtain information needed. - Pre-Job Startup -- visit and familiarize with contractor and site assess project specifics etc. - Document job progress including photos to be downloaded to project file folder. - Good management & organizational skills. - OSHA roofing & construction safety knowledge. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Complete other tasks duties as assigned. - Company phone. - Company truck.
