Clintel Services Inc. is looking for an entry level recruiter to join our team. This position is perfect for a recent graduate someone looking for a job that can become their career or someone looking for a position with unlimited potential. Clintel Services is a specialty recruiting firm located in Germantown MD. We work with a variety of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Medical Device and CRO clients nationwide. We focus in the areas of Clinical Research Business Development Sales Manufacturing Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. We are looking for a young energetic hard-working Recruiter to join our team Requirements - Outgoing personality - Computer literate - Strong written and communication skills - Able to adapt to constantly changing priorities requirements - Recruiting experience (in any industry) is a plus but not necessary - Sales experience is a plus but not necessary Job Responsibilities - Sourcing and cold-calling candidates for job openings - Screen potential candidates based on job criteria - Schedule interviews (phone interview face to face Skype etc.) - Prep candidates prior to interviews - Assist with salary negotiation and closing processes - Conduct reference checks as required - Maintain candidate resume information in database - Source and market for new clients and job openings Clintel Services offers a small friendly casual work environment. Position is base salary plus commission.
