This is a 5 month contract position with a very strong possibility of extension. Top Skills Collateral management experience Calypso experience with the collateral module Derivative product experience OTC Derivatives (US and Canadian fixed income products) Key Duties Stakeholders front office (fixed income) & interacting with T& O Replacing current collateral management platform data configuration and Assisting with data migration and set up application rollover Legal entity hierarchy set-up. Hybrid PS IT - heavy interaction with T& O but consulting from a business standpoint Requirements Key Industry associations ISDA SIFMA BCBS-IOSCO Key regulators CFTC SEC U.S. Prudential EMSA Japan FSA Uncleared Margin Framework Straight-through-processing (STP) Collateral management applications and workflow Exposure to TriOptima (triResolve) and AcadiaSoft (MarginSphere) Current experience leading a collateral management group in a North American investment bank Exceptional knowledge of the current regulatory environment and prominent industry legislation relating to collateral and to a lesser degree the liquidity capital impacts of collateral within both Capital Markets Ability to effectively mediate the compliance credit risk legal demands with the growth needs associated with collateral management for the Trading Products business of client s Capital Markets Proven ability to develop effective and cross LOB operational strategy influencing senior executives to implement measurable change.
