Respond to this Ad (St.Rose and Bermudassouthwest area) we are a small family (myself husband and 2 year old son) looking to rent out a room downstairs in our 4 bedroom home. You will have a room separated from us and you will have your own private bathroom and full size refrigerator in our garage to keep your own groceries. I am a part time hairstylist who works at home so the only time I would need to use your bathroom is when I put my portable shampoo bowl for water - other than that it is yours This price includes all utilities. We also have on medium size dog in our house. We are friendly and welcoming but know to give you your own privacy ) we are looking for someone respectful and knows to keep the area moderately clean.
