My client is a well-established Printing firm is looking to fill a position of Bilingual Sales & Contract Support Officer Duration 12 month of contract with the possibility of extension Location Montreal QC No. of openings 1 Job Description Collect and ensure completeness and accuracy of information related to contractual transactions in accordance with Company policy. Speed in finalizing and booking of new MPS contracts in EA. Preparation and auditing of pricing template to ensure margin targets are met. Execution of contractual adjustments in a timely manner. Timeliness and accuracy in procurement of equipment. Preparation of sales reporting. Gate keeper of margins no transaction will be executed without proper margins and or approvals. Procurement and delivery of equipment ensuring correct equipment are ordered meeting company expectations. Dealing with 3rd party leasing companies obtaining excellent rates resulting in sales and better margins. Responsible for upkeep of contractual data in EA ensuring our system matches the actual document. Providing complete and accurate data for compensation purposes. Breakdown of Duties Validation preparation and execution of new MPS contracts and amendments for existing customers - 20%. Validation and preparations of pricing template to ensure margin expectations are met - 20%. Procurement and delivery of equipment - 20%. Preparation of Sales and Customer reporting as per Contract obligations - 15%. Data management on a contract level in EA - 15%. Customer service direct contact with customers daily. Requirements Support for the sales team so working directly with the sales reps Also working directly with their customers handling purchasing basic data entry basic contract management preparing lots of reports for sales They will need at least intermediate excel skills very good on the phone understanding customer support. Industry experience will be great.
