Looking to have my apartment taken over for December 10 2015 of fall semester through August 2016 for spring semester and summer. The apartments are located in Tyler TX right by the University of Texas at Tyler and Tyler Junior College. It is great for student housing and a beautiful place to live. It comes fully furnished with a closet desk bed and internet. You have your own private bathroom as well. The living room comes fully furnished with a couch TV dining table with chairs and additional furniture. The kitchen includes a microwave refigerator oven sink and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer. Water is paid for by apartment. There is a great gym movie theater tanning booth pool table volleyball court and a swimming pool with tables and chairs for relaxing and hanging out. They are doing a GPA special for students with a 3.0 or above so the rent would be 20 dollars a month which would leave you at 485 a month instead of the original 505 a month.
