Looking for a male roomate

hi there my name is Brenda and I am 64 years old and I am looking for a male roomate. Must be ages 40-65 only. No black men please. This is a 2 bedroom apt and we each have our own room. The rent is 425.00 plus deposit. We share the living room kitchen and bathroom facilities too. There is a bath shower combination. I do not smoke either but if you smoke you have to do it outside only ok Must like cats cause my cat has the run of the apt and if you have 1 cat then that s ok.if you drive you will have your own parking space in the back . I do not drive.laundry facilities down stairs. It costs 150.00 each to do a load of laundry.the heat water and sewer is payed by landlord.must pay half of electricity. Free cable and wifi too.
