That covers all of our services including collecting rents taking care of maintenance and repairs property inspections securing rental licenses securing parking passes and pool passes and any other day-to-day chore that needs to be done. Some fees do apply but you will be informed to fees schedule. - Tenant Placement Fee We charge 85%-100% of a the first month s rent to advertise the property screen prospective tenants show the property create the lease and assist the tenant with move in.
