One of our well established Printing Industry Client is looking for a Front Counter Representative Mailroom- Business Centre ( Must be available immediately)Duration 1 year opportunity with the high possibility of extension Location Downtown ON SUMMARY The Front Counter Representative must be an organized cheerful energetic individual with exceptional customer service abilities to support the front desk of the Hotel s Business Centre. This is a very important first point of contact representative for guests with business needs. The CSR is a customer-focused position responsible for customer satisfaction by providing responsive service that enhances the delivery of the Business Centre s products and services. The role encompasses extensive interaction with guests and staff both over the phone and at the counter. The CSR works with minimal instruction and supervision and interacts on a daily basis with guests staff centre managers team members and couriers. This person must present a personal professional image and must be able to work day or evening shifts with some overtime when required. Hospitality hotel food service or retail experience required Responsibilities assist guests with all their Business Centre requirements -reserve and accept payment for computer internet use -call and accept payment for couriers -assist guests with mail pickup -make copies and prints both colour and b w for guests call for and accept courier packages maintain a friendly tidy inviting environment general office tasks answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person perform on computer using MS Office maintain equipment in production centre calling for service when required perform multiple tasks efficiently with minimal assistance book and set upp small meeting room Skills ability to excel in a customer-focused deadline driven environment knowledge of computer and printing terminology ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and ability to learn and retain new or evolving information and procedures ability to work under stress and pressure and respond to inquiries with tact diplomacy and patience Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time - During Client Interview you will receive additional information - variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
