Part time window cleaner needed

I am looking for a part time window cleaner in the Sacramento area to work approximately 3-4 days a week. You must be clean-cut detail-oriented and have a reliable truck or van. This is piece work meaning the pay will be determined by a percentage that you complete. The ideal candidate should have experience in the cleaning industry but it is not mandatory. I will train the right candidate. You must be able to comfortably work on heights of two stories with an extension ladder and be able to physically lift heavy ladders(ie extension ladders little giant ladders). I will train the right candidate for 4 weeks and then you will be working on your own most days so you should be very responsible and trustworthy. The job begins the week of May 18th and I anticipate that with the right candidate the job will become full time. You must be available to work Monday thru Thursday. I will be conducting interviews the weekend of May 16th.
