GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Store Manager is to work hand in hand with General Manager to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed by all cashiers. This includes but is not limited to the following MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide training guidance to all employees Maintain store full stocked ordering product and working with vendors Receive check in deliveries Maintenace of inventory loss prevention Must know how to work the register Keep minimal overstock Must be able to provide excellent customer service Oversee all returns exchanges credits etc. Responsible for ensuring company policies procedures and safety training (OSHA) Ensure cleanliness standards are met at all times both inside and out of the store Have open communication with the GM for any performance issues assist on performance reviews Organize interpret operational paperwork Manage cash flow on a daily basis Conduct daily 461 inspections QUALIFIACTIONS FOR JOB Must have previous Management experience Flexible schedule Good communication skills Valid driver s license Computer literate (Excel Word Back office software) Positive attitude personality a must Able to take pass a pre-employment drug test
