( 7914 Orangewood Lks Road ) No Kids aloud to live on premisses . No more then 2 people can occupy unless we get approval from park ( A fee will incur for 3rd person living in home). There is a non-refundable application fee of 60 USD per persons from the USA OR 80 USD per persons from out of the USA that is paid to the Park. All applicants must pass a background and credit check. GUEST are welcome including children to visit for a max. of 30 days per calendar year. All rooms are furnished living room dinning nook kitchen screens in porch bathrooms bedrooms Including washer dryer fridge stove central heat air and more.
