seeking a one bedroom home

Im looking for a landlord in or around the charleston area renting a clean home with updated appliances in or around the charleston area. possibly a one bedroom home that can convert to a two bedroom. with alot of storage. i currently have a housing section 8 voucher and this can be relocated to charleston s.c. I m very clean and meticulous. i have excellent references from all previous landlords. i have no criminal background and do not smoke. im on dissablity and will plan on working part time. im dependable always on time with my rent and possibly looking to rent to own. if your not renting a one bedroom home a duplex would be nice. some utilities included. i am originally from the south and desperately want to go back home. thank you for responding.
