Athena Women s Health located in Issaquah WA serves a 100% female patient population. We have created a uniquely feminine environment where women feel safe discussing their most intimate health issues. Our clinic is looking for an outgoing candidate to fill our opening at our front desk. The candidate we are seeking will need to be a self-starter and great team member who is comfortable working in a busy clinic setting. Some of the primary responsibilities of this position include the following tasks Answer multiple phone lines Schedule patient appointments Greet patients and check them in upon arrival Collect payments from patients Reconcile payments and prepare bank deposits Interact with multiple physician offices to request and send medical records Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates must have previous front desk customer service or receptionist skills. Candidates must have excellent computer skills and feel confident learning our practice management electronic medical records system. Previous health care experience is preferred. Team player a must
