Permanent Medical Billing Manager

Medical Group is seeking a Strong Medical Billing Manager to take over for their retiring Manager. Requirements Will oversee Staff of 8 will be responsible for hiring training discipline and or termination. Oversee payment posting for accuracy adjustments collections. Maintaining accounts adjusting bad debt overview of errors with corrections and or adjustments. Claims management review and oversee timely submission of claims as well as follow-up of claims not paid. Will also oversee the refund process for both patients and insurance. Assures the accuracy of accounts being transferred to bad debt write off accurate posting of payments and adjustments negotiates to settle balances and provide supporting documentation. Manages the daily cash and contractual posting by monitoring the accuracy of the daily deposits. Position will require prior experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a similar roll. Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8 00am until 5 00pm Attend regular Managers meeting Board meeting etc. This position will offer a competitive salary as well as benefits.
