This apt is student housing rentals it is a 2 person apt but I need someone to take over the lease for 6 months for room 6304-B in the apt.The other room in the apt is also available but has separate lease. If you are a single person they will match you with someone your gender with your likes and interest.These are fully furnished apt all utilities PD.If you go over your electric you will have to pay the difference I only had to pay less than 30.00 a month.Each resident pays 600.00 which totals 1200.00.
