My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative-Mutual Fund Duration 10 months of contract with the possibility of extension Location Toronto ON No. of openings 1 Shift Flexibility to rotate every two weeks between the following shifts 8 30am 5pm 9am - 5 30pm 9 30am - 6pm 10 30am - 7pm. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities Handling Inbound ( 30-45 daily higher in tax season) and outbound calls from to Advisors and dealer back offices Providing excellent customer service and support to assigned business groups and or customers Acting as the first point of contact for customer transaction product and or process inquiries through email fax telephone and workflow technology. Proficiently supporting one or more call flow queues at the required service level or better applying thorough knowledge within subject matter specialties. Representing assigned internal business partners within the portfolio professionally solving more complex issues on a timely basis Skills and Competencies Advance working spoken and written French Strong customer service skills Knowledge of Mutual Funds Term products and Insurance Canadian Securities Course or IFIC Mutual Funds course (In the process of going through the course is acceptable) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good investigation skills Good prioritization skills Good organizational skills Good oral written and listening communication skills with ability to explain procedures and legal requirements clearly and concisely Good attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment EXPERIENCE 2-4 years experience in a call center in a similar capacity within the financial industry would be ideal.
