We are looking for B level or higher technicians as well as hiring for Assistant Managers for our New Milford and Danbury Newtown Road location to preform brake repairs tune ups front end repair and diagnostic repairs on all type of vehicles in a very fast passed environment. Basic Qualifications Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as an automotive technician Must have a positive friendly attitude along with strong customer service skills Must be able to multi-task and maintain a high sense of urgency energy while paying attention to detail and providing maintaining strong service standards Must have a competitive nature to meet goals & objectives and pursue personal achievements Must possess the desire and ability to learn as well as demonstrate personal responsibility Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must have full body mobility and the ability to perform day-to-day physical tasks involving moderately demanding work including standing kneeling crawling turning and pushing or lifting moderately heavy objects Must be able to drive vehicles into service bays and complete thorough inspections of customer vehicles in a safe and timely manner Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays Must possess basic computer skills in order to enter information into our database and schedule customer appointments ASE certifications preferred Must possess a toolbox and the tools to perform all necessary jobs and task for they will not be provided to you Must possess a valid driver s license and clean driving record Attendance is an essential function of employment and you must be punctual and ready to work your scheduled shifts as well as have flexibly as needed Understand and consistently demonstrate the proper use of equipment and tools within the shop Must possess the ability to maintain a clean safe and organized work area Must be able to experience loud noises and strong odors intermittently in the shop environment Compensation & Benefits We provide a full-time schedule that is paid out hourly with commission incentive.
