Program Director Director will be the lead administrator of the school who will oversee daily operations and maintain our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day functioning of the program. Maintain state licensing standards in program staff and facility. Maintaining staff ratios assigning staff and students to classes. Work with and guide classroom teachers on creating customized curriculum for individual children. Organize programs and special activities. Conducting tours for prospective parents and enroll new families. Supervise registration of students. Maintain communication with parents and address their needs. Maintain responsibility for all inventory and inventory needs. Recruitment hiring and training of all personnel. Ensure implementation of center programs and be committed to children s success. Work cooperatively with other staff in providing safe fun interesting and enriching programs for participating children. Qualifications Have a minimum 15 Early Childhood units with 3 units in Administration along with 4 years of teaching experience. Or Have Child Development Site Supervisor or higher permit B.A B.S A.A is a plus. Have Health and Safety Training and First Aid CPR certification Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate good judgment and problem- solving skills Prior experience working with preschool school age kids and or supervisory positions is highly preferred.
