Oberlin Area Company is seeking an Engineering Technologist. Key responsibilities of the Engineering Technologist will be with equipment design development and procurement. Testing of materials and preparing specifications. Estimates schedules staffing needs project cost and budgets. Plan schedule and coordinate projects of moderate scope. Prepare and maintain detailed layouts of processes and related equipment. REQUIREMENTSAssociates Degree in Engineering or equivalent. 2 years minimum Manufacturing Engineering experience. Must have experience within a high precision and high-volume machining manufacturing environment. Must have experience with related materials and processes. TS quality system or equivalent experience required. PPAP and APQP experience. Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques. High attention to detail Extensive experience with precision components and assembly Good project and program management skills Occasional Travel Proficient with AutoCAD Knowledge of OSHA and related safety regulations Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
