Job Summary The Community Campus Manager is responsible for all phases of the daily operation of the properties under the direct supervision of the Asset Manager. Duties include but are not limited to rent collection administrative office duties supervision of all site personnel resident relations and retention leasing and marketing light maintenance and upkeep monitoring of overall building maintenance and unit turnover and fulfillment of company policies and procedures. The Community Campus Manager is responsible for performing and or coordinating coverage for the buildings and responding to emergencies at all times. The Community Campus Manager is responsible for establishing a productive and professional relationship with residents and providing them with a safe secure clean and friendly environment. The Community Campus Manager will supervise on-site staff and work directly with off-site Property Management and Asset Management personnel to fulfill the established goals for the properties. In addition to regularly scheduled hours the Community Campus Manager will have on-call responsibilities during non-scheduled hours to respond to property and or resident emergencies. Qualifications Must have high school education and a minimum of three (3) years experience as a Community Manager or related field. Must have knowledge of or training in LIHTC (Section 42) compliance. Must have knowledge of computers and basic software application including Word Excel Outlook and where appropriate property management software (e.g. AMSI). Must have interest enthusiasm leadership ability salesmanship and good health be aggressive patient and exercise self-control. Must have the ability to supervise encourage and work with other employees in a professional manner. Must have the ability to comprehend and perform all responsibilities of the position. Must have neat clean and professional appearance. Must have legible handwriting. Must have valid driver s license and operational vehicle.
