Currently accepting resumes for General Managers Assistant Managers and Shift Managers Job Qualifications Must be 18 years or older A minimum of 2yrs experience as a manager in the pizza industry Open availability for morning evening and weekend shifts Experience with product orders inventory control and labor control Ability to be committed hard-working honest and friendly Exceptional customer service skills Ability to grow sales through the community events and local store marketing Reliable transportation Valid driver s license and current insurance Knowledge of computers - P.O.S. systems and Microsoft Office Ability to communicate coach and lead a team with no supervision Ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment Management Responsibilities Be professional with Romeo s Pizza customers and staff Handle all customer concerns through the Romeo s standards Open and close a location according to Romeo s Pizza procedures Commitment to learn & develop with Romeo s Pizza for possible promotable positions Abide by all Romeo s Pizza standards and store operations Be committed to running a clean organized and safe working environment for the customers and staff Romeo s Pizza offers Flexible Hours - Morning shifts begin at 9am.
