Director of Operations One of Canada s leaders in automotive franchises is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to guide our team to new levels of excellence as we grow into the future. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years automotive management experience with a proven track record for results and be able to demonstrate leadership in areas of growth process and training. A competent understanding of automotive franchising and the ability to drive sales through discipline processes is a must. The right candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on end results while communicating outcome expectations clearly for the team. Excellent presentation and computer skills are mandatory. Income structure and bonuses are rewarded for those that can demonstrate commitment to the goal. This position reports to the President while always considering the needs of the team he or she is heading.
