Description Communicates with all external stakeholders (Guardians Referral Sources State Agencies) Oversight of Individual Service Plans (ISP) Behavior Support Plans (BSP) risk plans. Comprehensive Functional Assessment (CFA) completion and other annual assessments. Review and analysis of monthly goals. Completion of monthly and quarterly summaries and analysis. Participation in IDT Trainer of consumer specific training and plan updates. A certified trainer for all monthly mandatory training (YSIS CPR Abuse Neglect etc). Participate in monthly staff meetings and conduct required training. Requirements BA BS in Human Services. Exceptions to education requirement must comply with state law. Minimum of one year verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities. One year previous supervisory experience preferred. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must be able to travel between service sites staying overnight as necessary. Experience in managing systems processes and people. Working knowledge of Federal State and Local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Must have a valid Driver s License.
