We are a small but growing construction services company that provides services to commercial general contractors in Georgia and throughout the Southeast. We are looking to add a part time sales representative that can handle all aspects of our sales cycle. Primary responsibilities will be to increase company revenues through Job description Continuous lead generation job prospecting & research via client referrals face to face meetings trade lead sources telephone solicitations and cold calling. Nurture and develop long term relationships with existing and new clients. Identify customer s needs create and submit proposals that cost effectively meet those requirements. Provide consistent and effective follow up to close sales and win contracts. Provide continuous customer support throughout the service delivery process. Position Requirements 1-5 years commercial sales experience preferred but will train the right person. Highly effective communication skills oral written and group presentations Effective persuasion negotiation and closing skills. Highly organized and ability to multi task.
