HVAC Apprentice Instructor

POSITION GOALS Provide instruction to adult non-credit students utilizing an approved training curriculum and materials in accordance with the NJ and US Departments of Labor for CCC s evening HVAC Apprentice Program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS HVAC technician with a minimum of five years of field experience in either residential or commercial setting. CFC 608 certification required NATE RSES CM and or CMS Certifications preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods. Minimum of two years teaching experience. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS Plan prepare and deliver approved curriculum on a daily basis. Evaluate and assist in the resolution of student concerns. Prepare lesson plans. Track student grades and attendance. Lead inspire motivate and advise students to actively participate in all aspects of their educational process. Maintain expertise in the subject area.
