Have land need home to move to DEMING NM and do extensive remodel for handicap and hospital equipment capabilities (hardwood floor in bedrooms reinforce flooring for 450lb wheelchairs move toilet by tub install ceiling lift equip etc.). Looking for unit with good bones. Interior is expecting to be completely rehabed so wall and floor covering conditions don t matter to us. Exterior condition should be ok finish again doesn t matter as long as it can be fixed with minor patches and paint. Willing to look at all units within 150 miles or so. Open to small units and large.
