We are an existing company in the area and we need to staff up now We provide assembly and general labor services to very large retail stores in Indiana. We assemble bikes furniture grills toys displays stock shelves clean etc.. We are looking for workers with a TEAM mentality and a Servant s heart. Assembly experience is a BIG plus but we will train if we are the right fit for each other. We believe that our success is in how we value our TEAM workers and customer needs. If you want to add value and be treated with value we may be a great fit We need many new workers to start right away. We have a contract with the biggest retailer in the world and need workers NOW. There are team lead assembler and general labor positions available today. Opportunities For Advancement Are Available. Little Experience Required For General Laborers. Must be 18 years or older have a cell phone your own tools be able to follow directions computer access pass a background check and have reliable transportation (i.e. your own public and or car pooling.) Must have dark blue navy polo shirt tan or khaki pants and closed toe shoes and be very reliable You must be willing and able to work long hours 1(10 to 12 hours shifts) and this can be physical work at times. You must be an effective communicator who can follow directions. Starting pay is 8.00 per hour for laborers and piece rate for assemblers (average 12.00- 18.00 per hr to start) Pay is direct deposit weekly. All shifts are available.
